The Community Health Systems Foundation, which provides grants to nonprofits advancing health equity and wellness in the Attleboro-Taunton area, has opened its 2026 grant cycle.
The CHSF welcomes grant applications from non-profit organizations in the following communities: Attleboro, Dighton, Easton, Franklin, Foxboro, Mansfield, Norton, North Attleboro, Plainville, Rehoboth, Seekonk, Taunton, and Wrentham.

The application deadline is April 10.
